Danielle Troxel Danielle Troxel is a current MA candidate in Dr. Morrison’s lab working on cognitive offloading behavior and working memory capacity. She expects to defend her thesis in the Fall of 2024. In the future, Danielle plans to apply to a PhD program in clinical neuropsychology.

Sureena Deol Sureena Deol is a senior majoring in Health Science on the pre-med track. She is interested in cognitive psychology, in particular on how to improve memory. In her free time, Sureena enjoys painting, spending time with her friends and family, as well as going to the gym.
Anh Tang Anh is a Sac State alumni. She is interested in neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience. Anh was part of the CSUS McNair Scholar program, in which she conducted a study about depression in Asian Americans. Anh plans to pursue her graduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and become a researcher. Fun fact: Anh is bilingual with Vietnamese being her first language.
Denver Saunders Denver is a post-Baccalaureate student with a B.S. in Business Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is interested in cognitive psychology, particularly in its application towards working memory and learning. He hopes to pursue a career in research and to run a laboratory of his own. In his free time, Denver enjoys planning transformative art & music experiences for small to medium groups within mass gatherings.
Bella Calomarde Bella Calomarde is a senior majoring in psychology. She is interested in learning about clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and cognitive psychology.
Marisol Flores Marisol Flores is a third-year student at Sacramento State, where she is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Counseling. She is interested in the study of cognitive and clinical psychology, specifically how people’s thoughts affect their emotions and behaviors. She hopes to pursue a career in the mental health field and is fluent in Spanish and English. Marisol is currently secretary of the university’s Psi Chi Honor Society Chapter, as well as an active member of the Psych Society on campus.
Max Valentine I am very interested in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience, and I plan to become an educator and researcher in my academic future. Colby Lafaille Colby is an undergraduate student double majoring in Psychology and English with a minor in Biology. He is primarily interested in the relationship between the brain and behavior, particularly in neurodevelopmental disorders. He is working to pursue a PhD in a neuropsychology-focused program where he aspires to produce meaningful research on his topic of interest.
