Conversation about child development, early learning, and how to confidently support your child’s growth led by Clare Clayton, founder of Chapter by Chapter. Clare partners with parents to better understand how their children learn, helping families navigate developmental milestones, school transitions, and learning challenges with clarity and calm. She focuses on building confidence, self-advocacy, and a genuine love of learning — not just academic performance.

💫 This special Morning Meeting was all about nourishment. Real, intentional nourishment.
Krista walked us through why many synthetic prenatals miss the mark, and why there’s such a gap in products truly designed for women in pregnancy and postpartum. She broke down macronutrients vs. micronutrients in a way that actually made sense, and explained how what we eat directly impacts the nutrients our babies receive through breast milk.
Whether you’re breastfeeding or not, caring for yourself is caring for your child. We’re so grateful to Nunona for helping equip our mamas with a deeper, more empowering understanding of nutrition during this season of life. 💛
We traded resistance tubes for coffee mugs and welcomed pelvic-floor + female-runner specialist Sam Matisko, DPT (Finish Line PT… and a fellow mom 💕).
We left with new friends and a deeper understanding of our bodies, including three big takeaways:
Your pelvic floor should relax as well as engage. It’s not all about tightening; mobility and release are just as important.
Breath is everything. Coordinating breath with movement supports core pressure, protects your pelvic floor, and makes running feel better.
Strength builds confidence. Gradual loading of the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles helps reduce leaking, heaviness, and discomfort over time.
If you know me, you know how passionate I am about helping other moms feel strong and supported, so we did something extra special! My friend Agathe Tampier, an incredible NYC family photographer (and fellow mom of two), joined us at the Glade Arch Bridge in Central Park. While we moved, she photographed each mom who received 2–5 complimentary digital photos, because all too often we are the ones behind the camera.

As moms, it’s easy to put ourselves last. But when we care for ourselves, we show up stronger for our families. Together with The Nest we hosted a Saturday edition of Morning Meeting in Central Park.
Blue Mercury gifted 20 cosmetic bags with 11 self-care essentials from brands like Oribe, EltaMD, and 111SKIN - all safe for pregnancy and postpartum.
Nunona shared six flavors of their prenatal + lactation support bites for every mama, plus a discount code.✨
We teamed up with Ava, the behind-the-scenes household partner that helps families run smoothly, to open an honest conversation about the invisible work of being a parent - the mental load that often goes unseen. From scheduling doctor’s appointments and keeping track of school events to restocking diapers and remembering everyone’s favorites, we covered it all.
Together, we explored both the logistical and emotional juggling that comes with modern parenthood - and how tools like Ava can help lighten that load so parents can focus on what truly matters.
