Below is a 4-page comic I wrote for the Cork Horror Comic annual anthology, funded by the Cork City Council.
For the production of Escape the Invasion, a sci-fi thriller game set in the same world as the Earth Break podcast, I led a team of writers to research and create an in-game website for an underground bunker of post-apocalyptic survivors.
In episode 1 of Escape the Invasion, players receive and introductory letter from their anonymous contact asking them for help.
Empty Faces: Radiant Mountain is a 5-episode mystery subscription game series set in the mountains of Virginia. Players receive letters from a cult member asking for their help solving a mystery involving the cult's leader.
Scripted in-world audio meditations for a fictional cult in Empty Faces: Radiant Mountain.
Below is the script used for the audio production.
This audio meditation was used in-game as a piece of the puzzle and narrative.
Script for a video embedded in the in-game website for Empty Faces: Radiant Mountain.
After unlocking a puzzling, players are directed to the video as a narrative reward, revealing some answers to the mystery.
I created the autopsy report for the victim in Hunt A Killer's Class of '98 game.
The report contains information and clues about how the victim died, helping the player connect suspect motives and timeslines with the cause of death.
Click on the autopsy image for all 3 pages and the pre-design document.
The 9-1-1 transcript I wrote for Class of '98. It is meant to serve the narrative and paint a picture of how the victim was found and when it was called in.
This document for Class of '98 shows an email chain between the victim, Charlie Mac, and one of the suspects, a veterinarian named Susan Li.
The email chain is used as evidence for a possible motive.
I wrote an article for the now defunct Cork entertainment magazine, [Insert Title]. The article is a review of the comic book series, Chew, by John Layman with art by Rob Guillory.
