Visited NASA Headquarters and spoke with their Kennedy Space Scientist about their Plant research. Also, talked about how the human body is affected by zero gravity.

The American Farm Bureau Federation gave us a tour while sharing their the lessons we could use with our project. While talking about how they are supporting farmers and rural America on the policy front.

We spent a day on Capital Hill talking with NC Congressman and House Representatives. We talked about the Chicken Nuggets on Mars, Broadband needs in our district and all the great things going on in our schools.

At the Mountain Research Center we learned about their research and how new plants varieties are created for market.

One night we visited the UNC Asheville Observatory to view Saturn, Jupiter and the stars. It was out of this world!

The Asheville Space Museum helped us learn about the Mars Rover and how we can build our own rovers in the classroom.

NC Arboretum helped us answered a question about how can we get plants to Mars in a small space.... bonsai!

After fitting the chickens and the plants in the spaceship for Mars there was no room for me!

We had a guide tour of the White House from Tom Tillis' Office.
