One interesting thing about the musicians in the Moondog Miller Band is that they are from all over the USA - and all of them have diverse musical backgrounds. Roy (RT Moondog) grew up in Brooklyn NY listening to Doo Wop. Jan Miller came to California via Rockford Illinois, from a Classical background. Doug Blass comes from St. Louis and is also a Classically trained musician. Dave Fuog originated in Connecticut with good old Rock n’ Roll. Pete Pfeifer comes to the band from Sacramento and a Jazz background. Mandy Mae is native to Orange County and rocks with the best of them.
