Have a question about Mood Tracker: Daily Moments, a purchase, or something that isn’t working? Email us at soleilsunshine77@gmail.com
To help us understand a technical issue, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a brief description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording can help—please hide any private notes, mood entries, cycle information, or payment details first.
Never send your Apple Account password or full payment-card details.
No separate Daily Moments account is required. Apple services, such as purchases and optional iCloud backup, use your Apple Account.
You can record and review your moods, add short notes, and view daily affirmations offline. Previously verified Premium features can also work offline. Purchases, restoring purchases, and iCloud backup or recovery need an internet connection.
The free app includes mood check-ins, optional details and notes, the Mood Jar, calendar history, daily affirmations, reminders, optional cycle logging, and iCloud backup. Premium adds Personal Patterns and additional Mood Styles.
Open Me → Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. An active subscription or a valid Lifetime purchase can restore Premium access. An expired subscription does not provide current Premium access.
Restoring purchases restores your purchase entitlement; it does not restore your mood history. Mood history is recovered separately from an available iCloud backup.
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Daily Moments, and choose the cancellation option. Deleting the app or deleting your app data does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
See Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions.
Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Visit Report a Problem and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund eligibility and decisions are handled by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Your saved entries remain available. You can continue using free features, including history, editing, and deletion. Premium Patterns become unavailable, and the app returns to the free default Mood Style.
Open Me → iCloud Backup to manage automatic backup and check the last successful backup. You need an available iCloud account, sufficient iCloud storage, and an internet connection.
This is a backup feature, not real-time synchronization or a way to merge records from several devices. Turning automatic backup off stops future automatic backups; it does not delete an existing backup.
Check that you are using the same iCloud account and that a successful backup exists. If the app offers to restore your history, choose Restore History. Avoid choosing Start Fresh if you want to keep the previous backup. If you are unsure, contact us before making further changes.
We do not hold a separate copy of your journal on our own server, so we cannot recover entries that no longer exist on your device or in a usable backup.
You can delete individual entries in the app. To remove all app records, open Me → Delete All Data and read the confirmation carefully. Where an app-managed iCloud backup exists, the full deletion process also attempts to remove it before completing local deletion.
If cloud deletion fails and you explicitly choose a local-only deletion option, the cloud copy remains. Turning backup off or uninstalling the app does not itself remove an existing cloud copy. Data deletion does not cancel purchases or erase Apple’s transaction records. Contact us for questions about support correspondence or analytics data.
Check Me → Daily Reminder and confirm that notifications are allowed for Daily Moments in iOS Settings. Focus modes and other device notification settings may affect delivery.
No. Daily Moments supports personal reflection. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, confirm ovulation, or provide fertility or contraceptive guidance. Patterns show associations in your own records, not proof of cause and effect. For health concerns, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
