ARTS & SCIENCE - BEAN TOURNEY

Bring a thing!

Have you made something? Is it languishing in the basement? a closet? under the bed? Has no one seen this thing? Or only a few people?

Please! bring it and show it off!

We will have space to show off your small and medium sized items, of any type. (Please contact me at champion-as@montengarde.org for large and extra large items, to ensure space is available)

Each item will be provided with a short 5 W's form to fill out to explain what your item is. The form will be available before the event on this page (See below!) if you wish to fill it out prior to the event. You can also use this form as a cover page for a more detailed description. Long descriptions are not necessary, and the forms will be available at the site if you wish to fill it out then.

Beans will be provided to drop in a pouch for a populace choice, a Laurel's choice, and a Royal's choice!

Arts & Science Bean Schedule:

• 10:00am to 11:00am Drop off of Things

• 11:00am to 4:00pm Viewing and Voting

• 4:00pm - Voting closes, counting begins
