Once again my dearest fellow northern folk, we must step up and slay the Dragons that plague our land so frequent of late! But at the same time, with so much Dragon being slain, Avacallians are not know to waste such a bounty as the Dragon's brought down by our Mighty Warriors!!
Once again my dearest fellow northern folk, we must step up and slay the Dragons that plague our land so frequent of late! But at the same time, with so much Dragon being slain, Avacallians are not know to waste such a bounty as the Dragon's brought down by our Mighty Warriors!!
I bid you all well, and to join us in a battle of creativity, wit, and cunning! The "HOW TO COOK YOUR DRAGON" contest has opened to all, within our fair borders and to those in the greater SCA world! I challenge you all to send in your best Dragon Recipe, along with a great story of how this came to be? Did you slay the mighty dragon and you submit the way the village helped you prepare the beast? Is it a recipe handed down through the ages from generation to generation, and with each telling the Dragon getting larger and fiercer every year?
And now for the fun stuff, what do we need from you?
Find a fun or favorite recipe and turn it into a great dragon dish (could be anything from a main to a dessert)
Go ahead and do a story with it if you like, don't forget to sign it :)
Read it over, be proud of what you did!
Copy it over to an email, or attach it to an email, and send that beautiful piece of work off to the recipe book by June 16 @8pm:
Once you have your recipe in, I'll go ahead and send you a reply that it has been received and ready to be reviewed by our amazing panel of 3 judges, just like last year!!

Your submission will be 100% anonymous when it's being read, so seasoned pro or first timers all have an equal footing (your simply assigned a number by me before it moves on!)

- Submitting an entry doesn't just earn you bragging rights!... what's that you ask... what else could there be??? Well I'm glad you asked, for there shall be a wonderful prize as well!
