Site opens: Friday June 17th – 12:00 pm for setup (if you show at this time I take it as you volunteer to help) and horse haul in (so you can have a little extra time to get them settled in if needed)
Site opens for General Populace: 4:00 pm
Site Closes: 3:00 pm ‐ Sunday June 19th
Gate Fees: $15 Member | $20 Non-Member | 17 and Under are Free
- Friday Gate Hours: 4:00pm to Midnight
- Saturday Gate Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm

Accommodations:
Camping & Trailers: This is an on-site camping excursion, and space has been set aside for those who wish to tent or trailer the event!
Camping will be in the section of field across the road to the south of the Eriks, Pavillions, & Vigil/Bardic Area.
An area for camping with Special access has been assigned to the west of the main bathrooms/snack shack.
RV space has been dedicated on the Northside of the main road, between the farmers field and next to / below the out building just south of the baseball diamonds.
Hotels & Motels: The Towns of Innisfail (North of Bowden) and Olds (South of Bowden) are noted as 10-15 minute drives from the site itself via Hwy 2 & 2A. They both have a number of Inn's available for those of you who wish to travel, but Camping or RVing isn't your chosen overnight preference.
Merchants: There is no additional site fees for merchants, but we do ask for a donation to largess upon registration.
Feast: There will be NO Official Feast, but there will be tables set up for those who wish to bring a Feast of their own. - The Snack Shack on site WILL NOT be open, and bring food/snacks accordingly.

In light of Provincial mandatory masking requirements ending the Kingdom of Avacal is installing the following masking policy.
This policy will be reviewed as hospitalizations trend downwards further from peak highs.
•Masks are mandatory while inside at all SCA events for persons age 5 and older.
•While actively engaged in eating, drinking and fighting a mask is not required.
•Non-medical masks have to be at least a double layer of opaque, closely woven fabric.
•Proof of mask exemption will be accepted.
