Our products are hand made from start to finish.
We raise our sheep as family in Montana.
We sheer our own sheep.
We clean our own wool by hand WITHOUT chemicals
This is why some of our locs have more vegetable matter than others
This matter is clean and will not effect the loc.
When we comb our wool it is done by hand or small hand cranked combs.
We dye our wool as natural as possible.
There some colors that cannot be made with natural materials.
We use food coloring or powdered juice packets to get most of our NEON or bright colors.
Some wool does use a professional dye to achieve different colors.
We hand spin and hand roll our clean wool.
This is not done with a machine, in fact when we are spinning we are using a foot pedal powered wooden spinner.
We use our hands to make the felted locs that often look like or associated with a natural dreadlock shape/texture.
Most companies by their wool from online venders that have been commercially and chemically processed. They they use a more factory set up for making the locs.
