MommyMode is here to make managing family life feel lighter. If you need help with your account, subscription, privacy, or a technical issue, contact our support team.

We aim to respond within two business days. When contacting us, please include the email address connected to your MommyMode account and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary private information about your children.

Account and Technical Support

• Signing in or accessing your account

• App features or technical problems

• Calendar, reminders, or notifications

• Village invitations or caregiver access

• Subscription access

• Privacy questions

• Account deletion

Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

MommyMode subscriptions provide access to the app’s available features during the active subscription period. Using the app, setting up an account, entering household information, inviting caregivers, creating child profiles, using reminders, or otherwise accessing subscription features does not create a right to a refund after use.

Refunds are handled through the app store where the subscription was purchased and are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. MommyMode does not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction with minor issues, temporary bugs, user error, incomplete setup, misunderstood features, or preferences about how a feature works, unless required by applicable law or the app store’s refund rules.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your MommyMode account from inside the app by going to:

Settings → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation instructions shown in the app. Account deletion is permanent. If you cannot access your account, email mommymodeapp@gmail.com for assistance.
