The first of the design projects that I completed this year was the wooden train whistle. This works by blowing air into the top of the whistle, the air then travels down 4 tubes of different depths making different pitched whistles. This was definitely a fun project to work on and it gave a fun thing to use as an end result.
The 3D printed Lego brick project was a great way for me to get more familiar with CAD software while also utilizing different platforms to do so. Most of my work has been out of Autodesk Inventor, but using another software was benificial to see how other systems work.
