The technical program will feature tutorials, spotlight academia and industry talks, hands-on challenges, and poster sessions covering topics such as DNA synthesis and sequencing, data compression and constrained coding, error correction and data retrieval, security in DNA storage, and computing with DNA.
A preliminary list of confirmed speakers is available below. The detailed schedule and accepted posters will be announced soon!
Preliminary list of confirmed speakers:
Marthe Colotte (Imagene) - Industry spotlight talk
Yannick Rondelez (CNRS) - DNA synthesis
Pascal Barbry (CNRS) - DNA sequencing
Dominique Lavenier (CNRS) - Post-sequencing bioinformatic processing
Aline Roumy (INRIA) - Source coding
Serge Kas Hanna (CNRS) - Channel coding
Guilhem Larrieu (CNRS) - TBD

More speakers to be announced soon ...
The school will also feature a hands-on “Sequencing and Decoding” on-site challenge, organized by Vasily Shenshin and Dominique Lavenier. A pre-synthesized pool of DNA oligos will be sequenced on-site using Nanopore technology, and participants will be challenged to apply decoding methods to reconstruct and identify the stored information!
