The registration process consists of two steps:
1. Pre-registration (Deadline: September 10)
Interested students and researchers are invited to submit a 300-word abstract for the poster they intend to present using the Google Form embedded below. All submissions will be reviewed, and the most relevant and high-quality abstracts will be selected for participation in the MoleculArXiv Autumn School.
2. Final confirmation (Deadline: September 22)
Selected candidates will receive an invitation to complete their registration and confirm their attendance. Those who receive an acceptance notification by email should register at https://iesc-inscriptions.fr. On the registration page, locate the name of the school, click the small avatar icon (see screenshot below), and follow the steps. You will need to create an account on the IESC website. No payment is required.
Tip: you can switch the form language to English by clicking the button in the upper-right corner of the page.
As part of the confirmation process, you will be asked to provide your arrival and departure dates and times. We recommend arriving on Sunday, November 9 (afternoon) and leaving on Saturday, November 15. Free shuttles between Ajaccio airport and IESC Cargèse will be organized on these dates, so please ensure the information you provide is accurate and matches the flights you intend to book.
Accommodation will be provided on-site in shared rooms (see details here). You may indicate a preferred roommate during registration, though we cannot guarantee requests.
Important note: There is no registration fee. Accommodation in shared rooms (6 nights), breakfasts, lunches, and airport shuttles (on 09/11 and 15/11) will be covered by the PEPR MoleculArXiv project. Travel expenses and dinners in Cargèse must be covered by participants. If shared on-site accommodation is not suitable, participants may choose to arrange their own lodging in Cargèse at their own expense.
If you have any further questions or special requests, please reply to your notification email or reach out to one of the organizers.
