Participants will be accommodated on-site at the IESC in shared bedrooms. Bed and bath linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own toiletries and beach towel. During the final registration, you will have the option to indicate a preferred roommate. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee them.
If shared on-site accommodation is not suitable, participants may choose to arrange their own lodging in the village of Cargèse at their own expense. Options range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The village is about a 20-minute walk from the Institute; we recommend bringing comfortable footwear and a flashlight for walking after dark.
The Institute provides breakfast and lunch for all participants. Evening meals are not included, although occasional group dinners may be organized. Help with restaurant reservations in the village is available upon request.
