BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Moin Quazi is a Senior Lecturer currently serving at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). Before his joining, he was a Post-Doctoral researcher at Joining, Welding and Laser processing Lab UMP. He graduated from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi with a bachelor in mechanical engineering degree and has 2 years of experience of working in Petrochemical sector and Cement industry. 

He completed his M.Eng. in manufacturing engineering from University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia with distinction. Dr M.M. Quazi has obtained the doctorate in the field of laser surface engineering from UM in 2017. He has more than 20 web of science SCIE indexed publications with a cumulative impact factor of more than 50. He has attended conferences with presentations, posters and proceedings in United Kingdom, South Korea, Indonesia, Germany and Malaysia. Dr M.M. Quazi also serves as a recognized and outstanding reviewer for well-known WOS based SCIE and SCOPUS based journals.
