GOAL
Design a brand-new responsive website that allows users to order and get meals quickly and easily from anywhere with any device, with a smooth experience.
USERS
Dedicated professionals, business owners, or office workers.
CHALLENGES & RESEARCH
Conducting interviews and creating empathy maps helped me identify pain points and user needs. I explored the persona of a group of busy people. Due to user research, I have shifted the focus from time to frustrations, such as incorrect or incomplete food, food availability, environment, and user abilities.
User-friendly sitemaps help us understand how users navigate the website. This will allow people to find the information they need quickly without much thought.
My goal was to maintain an information architecture strategy to offer an easy way to access any page on the site.

LEARNING
Presenting ideas on paper is just the beginning of the design. Usability studies, feedback, and peer-review help facilitate iterations for any high-level activity.
NEXT TO DO
More user research is required to update and improve the design with new insights.
