These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the macOS application AI Chatbot: Ask AI Anything (the “App”), developed and operated by Mohammad Shaheer (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
AI Chatbot: Ask AI Anything is an AI-powered writing and chat assistant that provides features such as AI conversations, text rewriting, content generation, idea generation, and image creation.
The App's AI features are powered by models provided by OpenAI through the OpenAI API.
The App is an independent product developed and operated by Mohammad Shaheer. It is not developed, endorsed, sponsored, or officially affiliated with OpenAI.
“OpenAI” and “GPT” are trademarks of OpenAI. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
AI models and third-party services may change over time. We may replace, update, or discontinue a model or service when necessary, including when a provider changes availability or retires a model.
AI-generated content is provided for general informational, educational, and creative purposes. You understand and agree that:
AI output may be inaccurate. Responses may contain errors, incomplete information, misleading statements, or outdated information. You should independently verify important information.
AI output is not professional advice. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content when making decisions that could affect your health, finances, legal rights, safety, or well-being.
You are responsible for your use of AI output. You are responsible for evaluating, editing, verifying, publishing, and using any content generated through the App.
Academic and workplace integrity matters. You must follow your school's, university's, employer's, publisher's, and other applicable rules regarding AI-generated content. The Humanizer and other writing tools must not be used to evade academic integrity requirements or misrepresent work where disclosure is required.
AI output may not be unique. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users.
Ownership is subject to applicable law. Between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain rights to the content you submit, and we do not claim ownership of the content generated for you. Third-party rights, intellectual property laws, and the terms of relevant service providers may affect your rights to particular content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree not to use the App to:
Create, request, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or activities.
Generate or distribute content intended to exploit, abuse, or harm minors.
Create or distribute unlawful hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
Create or distribute spam, scams, malware, phishing attempts, or deceptive material intended to harm others.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent content in a way that causes unlawful harm or deception.
Violate OpenAI's applicable usage policies, available at https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies/.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to compromise the App or its supporting systems, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, security measures, or other access controls.
We may block individual requests, restrict access to features, or suspend access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App, subject to applicable law.
The App may offer free AI requests, free trials, paid subscriptions, and one-time purchases. The plans and features available to you are displayed in the App or on the App Store.
The App provides three free AI requests, subject to the applicable in-app limits and conditions. We may change the availability or limits of free features where permitted by applicable law.
Certain subscription plans may include a three-day free trial. Trial availability and eligibility depend on the offer displayed to you and Apple's subscription rules.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your Apple Account will be charged at the applicable price.
Please review the trial duration, subscription price, and renewal terms displayed on the purchase screen before confirming your subscription.
The App may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, subject to Apple's applicable billing rules.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration as the selected subscription unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's cancellation requirements.
The renewal charge is generally made within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
To avoid renewal charges, turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends.
Subscription prices and available plans are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.
On your Mac, you can generally manage subscriptions through the App Store by opening your account settings and selecting the subscription management option. The exact steps may vary by macOS version.

Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's policies, you retain access to paid subscription features until the end of the current paid period.
The App may offer a lifetime purchase as a one-time payment.
A lifetime purchase does not automatically renew. It provides access to the applicable Premium features for as long as the App and those features remain available and supported, subject to Apple's applicable terms and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
A lifetime purchase does not guarantee that the App, every feature, or every third-party AI service will remain available forever.
The current price, subscription duration, trial terms, and other applicable purchase details are displayed in the App or on the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
Prices may differ by country or region and may be subject to applicable taxes. The price and terms presented by Apple at checkout govern your purchase.
If supported by the App, you can use the “Restore Purchases” feature to restore eligible purchases on another Mac associated with the Apple Account used to make the original purchase.
Restoration is subject to Apple's purchase records, account requirements, and applicable subscription or purchase conditions.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We do not receive your complete payment card details and cannot directly issue refunds for payments processed by Apple.
Refund requests are handled by Apple, and approval depends on Apple's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through Apple to prevent future renewal charges.

Please include a short description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. Avoid including passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
We aim to respond to support requests within two business days.
AI features require an internet connection and may depend on OpenAI and other third-party services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the App operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the continued availability of every feature or AI model.
Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, network problems, third-party outages, provider policy changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update, modify, add, limit, or discontinue features, models, or services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any obligations owed to users who have paid for access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We also do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, your inability to use it, or your reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects consumer rights or other protections that apply to you under mandatory applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by discontinuing its use and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through Apple.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have seriously or repeatedly violated these Terms, misused the App, or created a security or legal risk.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before restricting access.
Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription. You remain responsible for managing your subscription through Apple to prevent future renewal charges.
Any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including applicable disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions, will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, its features, subscription plans, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the date or version information where appropriate. We will also provide notice inside the App for material changes where appropriate or required by law.
Where applicable law requires your express agreement to a change, we will obtain that agreement rather than relying solely on continued use of the App.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
If a particular jurisdiction grants you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict those rights. Any applicable governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions will operate subject to those mandatory protections.
