Our pasta is artisanal, the meat comes from butchers who raise their animals in local farms, the fish directly from the fishing boats in the ports of Mola di Bari or Monopoli, the fruits from our farmers, the bread from our bakers, the cheeses and dairy products from our dairies and last but not least - the "organic" olive oil - I produce it myself from my own olive trees.
I buy at farms, small local shops and artisans that I know, trust, and who share our engagement to quality and health, the vegetables are almost all of my production.
Contact me through the booking form, insert your active contact such as whatsapp - mail or telegram and I will get back to you day and food preferences as soon as possible. If you are a group of at least six people, we can agree on the day and type of dinner, even privately.
We will meet in our patio around 8.00 pm to start dinner around 8.30 pm as the local custom dictates, we will introduce ourselves and get to know each other a little by telling some stories of our life or talking about our territory different from tourist guides but more personal and intimate
We will stay at the table as long as we feel like it and if you don't have your own means of transport we will pick you up and take you back to the meeting point by our official partner.
