COACHING PHILOSOPHY
A good coach can teach the technical side of the game with ease, but a great coach
knows a team isn’t defined by wins and losses. A great coach does what it takes to
mold young althletes into true team players, good students, and successful and
productive adults in the game of life.

Head Varsity Softball Coach - Mahtomedi High School 2017-2019
• Managed entire grade 9-12 program, including supervision of four assistant coaches.
• Instituted the Mahtomedi Softball Booster Club.
• Increased Mahtomedi Fastpitch Association from 37 to 101 players
• Fundraised over $40,000 for field improvements.
• Procured new uniforms and outer jackets for all players.
