Greater Kansas City

Greater Kansas City MNEA-R first met on January 15, 1998, to discuss forming a retired local. With the help of a newly formed steering committee,  GKC's newly formed Regional was ratified on April 23, 1998, at the Trails West Library in Independence, Missouri.  They began with 30 members.
