Yu Ye (S’12–M’16) received the B.S. degree in physics from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China, in 2014. In 2014, he joined the University of California, Davis, CA, where he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher involved in millimeter-wave (mm-wave)/terahertz (THz) integrated circuit design. His current research interests include RF/mm-wave/THz integrated circuit design and system architectures for wired and wireless communications.
