Mohammad-Hadi Sohrabi

Mohammad-Hadi Sohrabi, is a PhD student with research in RF/Microwave Engineering with a focus on RF system and hardware design, test and measurement at the Davis mm-Wave Research Center (DMRC). He has an extensive background in semiconductor device design, simulation and fabrication at transistor level. He has recently proposed his innovative idea for a new approach in CMOS power amplifier transistor with pragmatic insight toward upcoming 5G and other emerging technologies.

He also enjoys hiking, playing soccer and amateur archeology or visiting historic sights and old civilizations.
