News & Events
On Saturday 17th August we came together for a bittersweet occasion - to celebrate Father Martin's 25th Anniversary of his ordination, but also to say farewell as he leaves Melton to take up his new appointment.
Father was presented with gifts from the Parish, which included amongst other things, a book of messages from parishioners thanking him for his time in Melton and wishing him well in his new role as School Chaplain in Essex.
Thank you to everyone involved in organising the event & presents.

Bishop Patrick has asked Rev. Monsignor Tom McGovern to be our new parish priest. Fr Tom will be moving to Melton in early September and we very much look forward to welcoming him.

Lapsed Catholic or Interested in the Faith?
"You did not choose me, no, I chose you" (John 15:16)
The journey of faith is different for everyone. The best place to start is by contacting Father and arranging an informal chat, where you can ask him any questions you might have. But, if you feel that is too big a first step, you might like to look at the website catholicfaith.org.uk which will give you more information about the Catholic Church.
