他の製造方法　その１：プレキャスト法

Other methd #1: Precasting method

この方法は，初心者には一番簡単かもしれないが実は難易度は高い。1mm～2mm厚のスチレンペーパーを用意して，一枚にはボートのパーツを型抜きしておき，下敷きとなるスチレンペーパーに接着する。

この型の上から，モルタルを流し込みよく平滑に仕上げしてこのまま養生してそこそこの強度がでたところで脱型，テープなどで仮組をしてから，ジョイント部分をあらためてモルタルで接着するというものだ。

この方法を用いると圧倒的な寸法精度が得られるメリットがあると同時に従来法よりも打込みが圧倒的にしやすい

This method may seem the easiest for beginners, but it's actually difficult. Prepare 1mm to 2mm thick styrene foam paper. Cut out the boat parts from one sheet and glue it to a base sheet of styrene foam.

Pour mortar over this mold, smooth it out well, and let it cure until it has sufficient strength. Then, remove the mold, temporarily assemble it with tape, and finally glue the joints with mortar.

This method offers the advantage of achieving exceptional dimensional accuracy and is significantly easier to pour than conventional methods.

Other methd #2: Folding Plastic Tray 

上記のように，プラスティックトレイを折り曲げ，そこに材料を薄く流し込んで成型する。

As described above, the plastic tray is bent, and the material is poured into it in a thin layer to be molded.
