Regulation

1. 出来上がりのボートの大きさは，上から見たときの外形がA4用紙サイズ以内におさまるものとする

2. ボートの構造体にメッシュや短手方向の幅が5mm以上にわたるものなど，2次元的に展開された繊維あるいはその連続体の利用を禁止する

3. 繊維種類は有機，無機どちらも利用できるが，添加率が船体重量の1%未満、短手方向の幅が5mm未満，長手方向が15mm未満の短繊維なら利用してよい

4. セメント、水、無機物でできた骨材、混和材，化学混和剤を利用して良い．ただし，JISで定められ，実際の生コンクリートで使うことのできる材料に限る．

5. ポリマーディスパーションなど，繊維及び化学混和剤に規定される物質以外の有機物の利用は禁止．

6. 競技者は，ボートを複数台用意し，試合ごとに変えてよい．ただし，あらかじめエントリー時に、すべてWEB登録，検査してもらい，レギュレーションを満足しておくこと。

7. 調配合、寸法図，製作過程の説明用のパワポ４～６枚の資料を登録時に提出してもらう

8. レース中は深さ20㎝の水面に浮かび，自由に動く余裕があること

9. レース中に沈んで，コース用水槽の底面にボートの一部があたったら失格とする

10. コースはカーブを含む巡回コースとする。競技者ごとにボートの長さが異なるため，スタート線の上にボートの先端をセットして走行を開始し，コースを走行して，もう一度，ボートの先端が，スタート線を通過した瞬間をゴールとする．

11. モーターは，事務局が用意したTAMIYA製の水中モーターか同一種であることを事務局が確認した競技者が用意した同じ水中モーターとする。（但し，本戦の一部のコース次第では，TAMIYAの高速水中モーターにする可能性があります）とし，事務局がモーターと電池を用意する．

12. モーターは既製品に備え付けられた付属の吸盤で取り付けなければならない。試合前の吸盤装着時、試合後の吸盤脱着時にボートが走行できないほど破壊したら失格とする。

13. タイムに不服がある，あるいは失格した場合に，１回に限り，事務局がチェック済の同機種の別モーターと新しい電池で再試走できる．この場合，より速かったタイムを採用する．

14. その他，問題が生じた場合には複数人からのなる準備委員会でその都度で決める．

1. The finished boat must be of a size such that its outline on a plan view fits within the dimensions of an A4 sheet of paper.

2. The use of fibers or their continuous forms that have been unfolded into a two-dimensional plane—such as mesh or fibers with a width of 5 mm or more in the transverse direction—is prohibited in the boat’s structural framework.

3. Both organic and inorganic fibers may be used; however, only short fibers with an additive ratio of less than 1% of the hull weight, a width in the transverse direction of less than 5 mm, and a length in the longitudinal direction of less than 15 mm are permitted.

4. Cement, water, inorganic aggregates, admixtures, and chemical admixtures may be used. However, these must be limited to materials specified by JIS and actually used in ready-mix concrete.

5. The use of organic substances other than those specified for fibers and chemical admixtures—such as polymer dispersions—is prohibited.

6. Competitors may prepare multiple boats and switch between them for each race. However, all boats must be registered online and inspected in advance at the time of entry to ensure they comply with the regulations.

7. Competitors must submit a PowerPoint presentation of 4 to 6 slides at the time of registration, explaining the formulation, dimensional drawings, and manufacturing process.

8. During the race, the boat must float on a water course having 20 cm depth and have sufficient room to move freely at the course.

9. If the boat sinks during the race and any part of it touches the bottom of the course, the competitor will be disqualified.

10. The course will be a circuit course that includes curves. Since the length of the boats varies by competitor, the race begins when the bow of the boat crosses the starting line; the race ends the moment the bow crosses the starting line again after completing the course.

11. The motor must be either the TAMIYA underwater motor provided by the  Secretariat or an identical underwater motor provided by the competitor and verified as such by the  Secretariat. (However, depending on certain sections of the course in the main competition, the TAMIYA high-speed underwater motor may be required.) The  Secretariat will provide the motor and battery.

12. The motor must be attached using the suction cup included with the product. If the boat is damaged to the point where it cannot run during the attachment of the suction cup before the race or during the removal of the suction cup after the race, the competitor will be disqualified.

13. In the event of a dispute over the time or in the event of disqualification, a competitor may, on one occasion only, retest using a different mortor of the same model that has been checked by the Secretariat, along with a new battery. In this case, the faster time will be adopted.

14. In the event of any other issues, the Preparatory Committee, consisting of multiple members, will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

1.  エントリーフォームからエントリーする際に，フォーム上に指定された資料（写真，プレゼンの縮刷PDF資料など）を，登録〆切までに，すべてアップロードしてください。（資料やエントリーフォームは締め切りまで何度でも修正投稿できます）

2.  当日はポスター掲示台などを用意しません。紙媒体を前提としたプレゼンテーションではなくて，フォームにアップされた電子資料を，評価者や観衆が自身の端末か，うまくいけば簡易プロジェクターで発表してもらうことを前提に，プレゼンいただきます。（資料は事前にWEBに公開されます）

3. 訴求力向上のために，評価者または観衆に対し，当日，紙資料を配布するなどは，各自判断でやっていただいてかまいません。

4. 本戦にかちあがったチームのみ口頭のプレゼンテーションを実施でき，プレゼン時間は5分程度を想定しています。発表時間を大幅に超過した場合には減点とします。

1. When submitting your entry via the entry form, please upload all specified materials (photos, condensed PDF presentation materials, etc.) by the registration deadline. (You can revise and resubmit your materials and entry form as many times as you like until the deadline.)

2. No poster displays will be provided on the day of the event. Instead of presentations based on printed materials, the electronic materials uploaded to the form will be presented to the evaluators and audience using their own devices, or ideally, a simple projector. (The materials will be made available online in advance.)

3. To enhance the impact of your presentation, you are free to distribute printed materials to the evaluators or audience on the day of the event at your own discretion.

4. Only teams that advance to the final round will be able to give an oral presentation, with a presentation time of approximately 5 minutes. Significantly exceeding the presentation time will result in a penalty.

当日チェック

参加チームは，予選開始前に 事務局にて船体およびエントリー情報・資料のチェックを受けること。規定に反していると認められた場合，参加できないものとする。

予選：

エントリー数の多寡に応じて，本選，予選の選定方式を新たに検討する可能性があります．その場合には，静水コースにおいて，直線5mのタイムを競い，時間にあわせて上位を開催時間に応じてなるべく多く本戦選出とします。

本戦：プレゼン＋長距離コース

（プレゼン評価）＋（コースのタイムアタック評価）の合計値としますが，当然のことながら，タイムアタック評価が優先します。（タイムアタックがほぼ同等だった場合に，プレゼン資料の優劣で勝敗が決まる）また，時間短縮のため，本戦のみ，より高速・水中重量が軽量なタミヤの高速水中モーターを用いる可能性があります。

On-the-Day Check

Participating teams must have their boats and entry information/documents checked by the Secretariat before the start of the qualifying round. Teams found to be in violation of the regulations will be disqualified.

Qualifying Round:

Depending on the number of entries, the selection method for the main round and qualifying round may be reconsidered. In that case, teams will compete for the fastest time over a 5m straight course in calm water, and the top teams will be selected for the main round as many as possible according to the total time.

Main Round: Presentation + Long-Distance Course

The winner will be determined by the sum of (presentation evaluation) + (course time attack evaluation), but naturally, the time attack evaluation will take precedence. (If the time attacks are nearly equal, the winner will be determined by the quality of the presentation materials.) Also, to shorten the time, Tamiya's high-speed underwater motor, which is faster and lighter underwater, may be used only in the main round.

1. 参加資格

 大学，大学院，高等専門学校，工業高等学校，工業専門学校および土木・建築系の専門学校（以下，教育機関と言う）に在籍する学生，生徒であることとします．また，エントリーにおいて誓約書に同意し，サイン済誓約書をフォーム上から提出可能なチームおよびチームメンバーであることとします．

2. チーム構成

 チームの構成は，学生，生徒3名以内，アドバイザー1名とします．アドバイザーは，当該チームの学生，生徒が所属する教育機関の教職員（正会員）とし，2チーム以上のアドバイザーになることはできません．なお，複数の教育機関の学生，生徒で混成されるチームは認めません*．

*：同一教育機関の中で学科混合のチーム編成は差し支えありません．

3. 参加形態

  競技に必要な船体を作製し，大会当日に持参すること．事務局への事前輸送→受け取りは，行いません．

4.   定員
参加できるチーム数の上限は当面考えておりませんが，チーム数が多い場合には予選と本戦に分けて実施する予定です．（今後詳細検討予定） 

5．参加費用
  無料．ただし，船体の製作・運搬などに掛かる諸費用は，参加チームの負担とします．

6. 表彰
上位3チームに表彰状および副賞として以下の賞金を贈呈します．総合成績 1位：10万円，2位：5万円，3位：3万円？（予定）

さらに，協賛いただいた企業様より，各部門で優れた内容であったものを選定いただき、各賞（2万円）を贈呈致します．
また，表彰式にいらっしゃらない場合には，賞不受理とし，次点候補から受賞者をあらためて決定いたします．

なお，表彰式は？月？日（木）？時から実施いたします。

1. Eligibility

Participants must be students enrolled in universities, graduate schools, technical colleges, industrial high schools, industrial technical colleges, and civil engineering/architecture-related technical colleges (hereinafter referred to as "educational institutions"). Furthermore, teams and team members must agree to the pledge and be able to submit a signed pledge via the form during entry.

2. Team Composition

Each team must consist of a maximum of three students and one advisor. The advisor must be a faculty member (regular member) of the educational institution to which the student(s) on the team belong, and cannot serve as an advisor for more than one team. Teams composed of students from multiple educational institutions are not permitted*.

*: Teams with mixed departments within the same educational institution are permitted.

3. Participation Method

Participants must construct the necessary boat hull for the competition and bring it with them on the day of the competition. Prior transport to the organizing committee and subsequent pickup are not permitted.

4. Capacity

While there is currently no limit on the number of participating teams, if there are many teams, we plan to divide the tournament into a preliminary round and a main competition. (Further details will be considered in the future.)

5. Participation Fee

Free. However, all costs related to the construction and transportation of the ship hull will be borne by the participating team.

6. Awards

The top 3 teams in the overall standings will receive a certificate of commendation and the following prize money: Overall: 1st place: 100,000 yen, 2nd place: 50,000 yen, 3rd place: 30,000 yen (tentative)

Furthermore, sponsoring companies will select outstanding entries in each category and award prizes (20,000 yen) to each. If you are unable to attend the awards ceremony, your award will be forfeited, and the winners will be selected from the runners-up.

The awards ceremony will be held on [Month] [Day] (Thursday) at [Time].

事務局および主催者は，大会期間中およびその前後の準備・撤収に発生するいかなる関連の傷害やトラブルに対しても責任を負いません。

The Secretariat and organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries and troubles that occur during the event,  during preparation and cleanup before/after the event.
