MMA Champs By Haru offers an aggressive full-body conditioning and fight training regimen tailored to the unique and individual needs of a fighter. Our training is geared to make you “fight ready” in only three months using our signature techniques and approaches that have taken countless fighters to local, national and international victory. Program details will vary according to the individual goals and focuses of each fighter.

Choose from a one-week boot camp to a full three-month package

Schedule

We eat, train, and learn as a team. Morning conditioning starts at the beach at 6:30 a.m. sharp. This is followed by breakfast and a surf session for those looking to catch the famous Hawaiian North Shore waves. Group training reconvenes at noon, followed by a break. Evening training often involves visits to and sparring sessions in local gyms that exposes training participants to the diverse array of fight styles across the island.
