I am a talented bilingual instructional designer and eLearning developer with over 10 years of experience in corporate, Higher Education, and K-12 environments. I create high-quality learning experiences that prioritize learners and drive performance improvement. 

My instructional design process, guided by my understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles, motivates me to identify learning gaps that guide the production of meaningful and innovative learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences by always putting the learner experience first. 

My expertise lies in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to produce effective, engaging, and data-driven training that supports employee retention and well-being. 

My interest in adapting learning experiences for diverse audiences led me to the field of instructional design. I can implement multiple instructional modalities, including Instructor-Led Training  (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), eLearning, and microlearning. I am skilled in development with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 and I’m always learning relevant tools that can best serve the needs of my clients.
