Car Parking Rules

RESIDENT PARKING:

A valid MJRPAOA Resident Parking sticker(New Sticker) is required to park in an apartment’s slot from January 31st onward. Contact MJRPAOA MC team(Amit Saxena(G604)/Anirban Pal(B1202)/Anand Singhal(E902)) for completing Move In/Move Out to obtain stickers before January 31st. Everyone is going to get new parking sticker with the allotted parking slot number ONLY. Only one car shall be parked per slot & please don't park in visitors parking slot or in someone else car slot without valid contract. In case residents park their cars randomly in places assigned to some other resident, wrongly parked car resident will be liable to remove the vehicle immediately to avoid any inconvenience to other members who have paid for their parking slots.

VISITOR PARKING (upto 24 hours) is available at designated areas meant for visitors ONLY. “Visitor Parking Pass” must be displayed on dashboard. Vehicle must exit in 24 hours. Residents must make it a point to educate their visitors and guests the parking guidelines of the Association and help them to park their vehicles in the Visitor's Parking areas rather than on other parts of the apartment. While guests or visitors have no idea about the MJRPAOA parking rules, the host must take full responsibility for any wrong parking done by his or her guests.

TEMPORARY PARKING BEYOND 24 HOURS for visitors/residents can be requested for SPECIAL circumstances at extra charges. We are working on “Temporary Parking Pass” process and let you all know once it finalized.
