MJR Pearl Apartment is managed by the Managing Committee (MC) of MJR PEARL APARTMENT AGREEMENT HOLDERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION (Reg.No. DRO/SJN/SOR/353/2014-15), comprised of elected members from the community. To help promote harmonious & better community living, please familiarize yourself with the different process defined in Announcement section of this site as it has information about our rules, important contacts & guidelines to follow.

Please provide accurate & up-to-date contact information to MJRPAOA Office as it will be used to update your apartment’s account on ApnaComplex, our Resident Services Application to:

- Enable residents to log complaints/service requests.

- Pay Quarterly Maintenance Bill

- Receive important MJRPAOA notifications via SMS & EMAIL(Visitor's request).

- Manage your membership on the community e-groups.

• Owners should inform MJRPAOA Office when their tenants change & ensure that they are aware of our community guidelines.
• Any apartment to be sold requires a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from MJRPAOA from January 15th 2019 onward.
• Please inform MJRPAOA Office whenever you Move In/Move Out or plan to carry out any interior work in your apartment.
• For MAINTENANCE issues in your apartment/common areas, please log a complaint at ApnaComplex. Contact the MC team directly in case of any escalations or to request their action on any issue.
