Move In/Move Out to MJR Pearl

Please contact the MJRPAOA OFFICE at least 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR MOVING DATE during OFFICE HOURS (10:30 AM to 6:30 PM) to complete all formalities, understand all the guidelines & get a “Gate Pass” to permit your movers into MJR Pearl.

For MOVE INs:

Please provide a copy of sale deed/lease, One Valid Address Proof, Parking Allotment Letter to obtain MJRPAOA Vehicle Parking Stickers & Biometric access to facilities(ID Card). Ensure that you receive an email with your ApnaComplex account information & are added to the e-groups(Whatsapp/Telegram groups).

For MOVE OUTs:

Please clear any outstanding dues & surrender all Vehicle Parking Stickers.
