MJRPAOA Election Commission have conducted the MJRPAOA Election 2018 on 25-Nov-2018 as per the published schedule earlier. We have had very enthusiastic and active participation from all the owners. Before conducting the Election, necessary bye-law updates were discussed and adopted unanimously in the AGM which happened on 25-Nov-2018.
Total 226 voters participated in the Election and every apartment was having 1 vote each regardless of their size, owners etc. Voting rights were granted to every owner who have paid the membership fee and maintenance fee in full. Voting were allowed in person either by the owner themselves or thru Proxy.
