Abtracts on the topic of the meeting are welcome.
The 5 best abstracts will be chosen for a 10 minute short talk, plus 5 minutes of discussion. All the other selected abstracts will be presented as a flash presentation. In this case, presenters must pitch their work (relevance and results) in 4 minutes (3 slides max).
Abstracts must be sent to ana.rlcoelho@gmail.com in the below format and a digital abstract book will be sent to all participants.
- Authors should be written as "Jane X. Doe (1)", where the numeral(s) represent the institution
- Each abstract is limited to 250 words + acknowledgements. Font is Arial, size 12, 1 1/5 spacing. References can be included but they count for the word count.
- Abstracts must describe the presentation's purpose, methods, and conclusions.
- Do not use bulleted lists, underlining, boldface type, italics, subscripts, or superscripts.
- Do not include any codes for justification, hyphenation, line height, line centering, margins, spacing, fonts, page centering, page numbering, suppression, or tabs, in your abstract.
Abstract submissions will only be valid if the presenting author is registered for the meeting.
