Introduction

Hello, my name is Mitchell Reber and I am currently a senior in the Construction Management program at St. Cloud State University. I started my college journey in 2019, where I attended St. Cloud Technical and Community College. There at SCTCC, I pursued a degree in architectural construction technology. My experience at SCTCC taught me many aspects of the construction industry, especially the detail of design and drafting involved with the industry. After I graduated there with a A.A.S. degree, I chose to continue my college education at St. Cloud State University in their construction management program. At SCSU, I have learned extensively about the management, processes, and materials involved within commercial construction. My experience at SCSU has definitely helped broaden my mindset about construction and help me evolve into an extremely detail oriented and focused student. During my college journey at SCSU I have also been working for a residential contractor, better helping increase my understanding of construction. 

This portfolio will be broken down into five different sections all helping to identify my background experience and abilities as a student as well as a person. This first page gave a little background information about me. The second page will describe my experiences pertaining to the workplace and how they have helped shape me. The third page will tell you more in depth about my academic experience as well as achievements. The fourth page will tell you about my service-related experiences with different groups or organizations. The final page of this portfolio will include relevant contact information of mine.
