Misty Isles Lodge believes a visit to this area isn't complete without engaging the 1000 Islands. Parks Canada has 21 islands. Some of these Islands provide camping or Otentik facilities for public use. Also the American Canoe Association owns Sugar Island. 47 acres providing camping, platforms, or rustic 20X20 cabins. I transport with a 24’ Carolina Skiff with a 4 stroke 90 Yamaha. With this boat, I have never left a client behind due to weather issues.

Costs: One-way with 4 participants and gear.

These are the Islands that I service.

Gordon Island $60

Mulcaster & Sugar Island $85

Camelot $95

Please email for private Island quotes.

The 1000 Islands Parkway provides a separate, 37 km, paved activity path  from Gananoque to Brockville. Travel at your own pace on foot, inline skates, or bicycle, stopping at various rest areas to picnic, swim, or just relax and enjoy the view of the St. Lawrence River.
