All our cottages are situated directly on the waterfront overlooking the 1000 Islands. We offer clean, fully furnished cottages with the following amenities:
Ceiling & floor fans or electric oil heaters to ensure your comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen with major appliances, dishes, and utensils.
Satellite TV, DVD players and free WIFI.
Boat launch and dockage.
Fish cleaning station and complimentary gas BBQ.

1 Bedroom Cottages
One bedroom cottages have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a dining/living room with a double pull-out couch. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Kalorik air fryer and oven, coffee maker, electric frying pan, and a hot plate with different applications (no stove). The bathrooms have a mini tub (4') with shower. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
2 Bedroom Cottages
Two bedroom cottages 13 and 14 have two bedrooms with one double and one single bed in each room. 2 Bedroom Cottage 12 has one bedroom with 2 double beds and one with 2 singles.
All have a separate living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, and a 4 piece washroom. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Policies
Rates are in Canadian funds and require a minimum stay of 3 nights during peak season and 2 nights off-season. Rates are subject to 13% HST.
All rates are based on occupancy of 4 people per unit, except 2 Bedroom Cottages can accommodate 2 additional people for a maximum of 6 people at an additional cost of $15/night/person or $75/week/person.
A one night non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations made three weeks prior will receive the deposit as a credit for another stay. After 3 weeks, no refunds. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and Debit Cards. A 5% reduction on accommodation for cash payments.
Check in time is after 2:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. Late check out can be considered if requested in advance at a cost.
Cottages are cleaned and fresh clean linen and towels are provided prior to your arrival. If you are visiting for an extended period, you can have your room, linens, and towels cleaned at the following rates:
Cleaning $15/hour
Fresh Towels $5.00 each
Fresh Linen $10.00/bed
Pet Policy for Guests at Misty Isles Lodge
As a pet friendly establishment we ask our guests, who choose to bring their pets, to follow the rules and policies listed below.
Your pet should be taking medication to control fleas.
The pet is not allowed up on furniture or beds in your accommodation.
Pets should be under your control at all times. They must be tied up or leashed while on the property and should not be left alone at anytime in the unit.
All owners must practice poop & scoop.
Pets causing a disturbance that is annoying to other guests will be required to arrange babysitting services or be placed in a local kennel facility.
Pets are allowed to swim from the beach area without interfering with others and dry before re-entering the unit.
We reserve the right to inspect units prior to departure.
