Minimum stay of 3 nights is required during peak season and 2 nights on off-season dates. A one night non-refundable deposit is required at confirmation. Payment can be made by e-transfer to mistyisl@kos.net or a 2% surcharge will be added for credit card payments. This deposit will be applied to future reservations for cancellations made three weeks prior to arrival. After 3 weeks the deposit is non-refundable. Rates are based on up to 4 occupants in all the accommodation. For 2 Bedroom additional guests, up to a maximum of 6, will be charged $15/night or $75/week. No exceptions on occupancy due to regulations. Children under the age of one are free. Pets are $50 per stay.

Campsites offer 30 amp power, potable water, dump station and washroom/shower facilities. Electricity is an added cost through on site meters.
Please don’t confuse the sport of sea kayaking with river kayaking. Sea kayaks are much more stable than river kayaks and canoes. Sea kayaks are stable, comfortable and seaworthy. They’re ideal for exploring endless coastlines the region offers. We will make sure you are comfortable before departure. Advance reservations are required. Parking is $5/day.

We welcome guests who wish to bring their own Kayaks. Launch In/Out is $5

Explore the 1000 Islands. Stay on a 1000 Islands Park Island or Sugar Island. Kayak rental rates are based on 24 hours. An additional 4 hours can be added.
