Project 2021-009

SCOPE:

• Site redesign of the rear landscape following the loss of the backyard's dominant oak. Effort included layout of new plant materials, including the siting of a replacement oak, to work within the existing hardscape layout.

• Desire for an "Old Florida" look as well as complimentary of the neighborhood character.

SCHEDULE:

• Task 1 - Site Study & Data Collection — 1 week

• Task 2 - Site Analysis & Concept Design Development — 2 weeks

• Task 3 - Construction Documentation — 2 weeks
