SCOPE:

• Site design of landscape and hardscape in coordination with the architectural design of the residence (by others) and pool & lanai design (by others). Selection of site materials needed to compliment that final look/feel.

• Desire for colorful/tropical look in the front and around the pool; include a dog run and vegetable/fruit plantings.

• An impactful entry garden is desired with additional off-street parking that also functions as a patio/green space.

• Notes — privacy & screened views; maintenance ease; limited irrigation need; no shading of rooftop solar panels; owners have a palette of desired plants to incorporate; and may wish to explore outdoor lighting opportunities.

SCHEDULE:

• Task 1 - Site Study & Data Collection — 1 week

• Task 2 - Site Analysis & Concept Design Development — 3 weeks

• Task 3 - Construction Documentation — 4 weeks
