SCOPE:

• Site redesign of backyard landscape in coordination with the pool design (by others). Effort included layout of new/relocated plant materials, irrigation system adjustments, and layout of new site elements (e.g. artificial turf, edging, stepping stones, and equipment screening).

• Desire for colorful/tropical look around the pool, screening of off-property views and utility areas, as well as space for activities in the artificial turf areas around the new pool.

SCHEDULE:

• Task 1 - Site Study & Data Collection — 1 week

• Task 2 - Site Analysis & Concept Design Development — 2 weeks

• Task 3 - Construction Documentation — 3 weeks
