Online Safety could also be known as cyber safety or internet safety and it is exactly what it sounds out. Knowing how to be safe online is very important for not only our children but for us adults as well. Some things we should never do when using the internet in our classroom are give out personal information, chat with other people on sites outside of school even if we think we know who they are, and visit inappropriate sites. Some things we could do to be safe at home and at school are always ask an adult before posting any personal pictures, never agree to meet up with people we met online, and always tell an adult if someone or something has made you feel uncomfortable online!
