Rationale

As a recent Teacher's College graduate, I have spent the past year preparing, practicing and completing interviews for Occasional Teacher roles and private school teacher positions. Throughout these interviews, I have noticed that to be successful, it comes down to using the correct terminology and checking off all the right boxes. After being hired as an Occasional teacher, I realized that althought I was successful in the interview, my employer did not know much about me as an individual, only as an educator. I created this site to allow potential interview panels to get to know the individual behind the educator and explore the holistic practices I use in life and in teaching.
