As I'm writing this, I'm also waiting for my last few eggs to hatch in Dragon Adventures Roblox Galaxy Event 2025! The Galaxy Event on Dragon Adventures (DA) is definitely one of my favorite if not my most favorite event that happens in DA, (it's between this and the winter holidays event). I'm actually not entirely sure what the event is for, there isn't a widely known galaxy or space central holiday, at least none that I know of. I do have a track record of being stupid though. My best guess is that since it happens in summer it lets the younger players sort of pretend that they have a summer job since there's a lot of mining manual labor in the event, though I'm probably wrong. I believe my first Galaxy Event was in 2022 (from my old Roblox account), also the first official Galaxy Event, instead of the 2021 Meteor Shower Event.

This years galaxy event added my new favorite dragon to the game, the Roborus X! The Roborus was added in 2024 just as a decoration, it was based off the Rocirus dragon found in Origins. The Roborus X is an improved version of the original Roborus that is now also a hatchable dragon. The design reminds me of a protogen combined with a basic dragon and it's really cool in my opinion. I was able to get three of these dragons for myself during the event, Gnarpy, 32 and Rae!

I like doing themed dragons in Dragon Adventures so I've sadly worn down my supply of potions because of them. The first one I got was 32 (I think) on day two of the event, seeing that I had a lot of time ahead of me in the event I ended up hatching two more Roborus X dragons at times that the game does not want to actually share (it shows the date that you acquired the egg, not the day it hatched). Gnarpy is themed after the green alien meme cat called Gnarpy (A̸a̷a̸a̸e̶a̵a̶e̵ ̸a̷a̷a̸ ̷a̷a̷ ̵e̸e̷e̶ ̴a̸u̸u̴ ̵a̸a̴a̵a̷ ̸e̶e̶e̷e̶ ̵e̷a̵a̷a̴a̷ ̵a̶a̸a̴.̷). 32 is just themed after my channel (using a Royal Preset Potion) though the name I chose references the number of movements that my favorite The Rock-afire Explosion character has. That leads me to the last Roborus X, Rae! Rock-afire Explosion (Rae for short) is my RAE themed dragon that I achieved using the Warm Preset Potion from the Pride Event going on at the same time. The Pride 2025 event was happening around the same time as the Galaxy Event so I was able to get some c̶r̶a̶y̶o̶l̶a̶ Pride themed stuff like potions, accessories and the rainbow Pride flair!

Around halfway through the event, Dragon Adventures received a welcome update to dragon leveling. It seems very similar to the official How To Train Your Dragon 2025 game though much less grindy. It now feels so much easier to level up dragons since now ell levels are skill based. Now if I want my new dragons to bee good at fighting, I can specifically level up the dragons fighting skill. If I need a fast dragon I can fly around through rings for a while and everything does seem to level up very quickly. I'm thankful for this because Rae was leveling up very slowly before this update, though the bath interaction could be a lot better. Why does it need to fill up all inventory spots if you are just doing one action that simply brushing the dragon (with one item) could achieve? It still has some room for improvement but the game is still moving in the right direction, as it has for years.

It was also cool that new things are introduced in the event every week, it keeps players interested instead of dropping everything at once. The boss fight got more challenging and in turn, funner! Sadly my final boss fight was cut short seconds from winning it, very frustrating! The occasional meteor shower event was fun though confusing as I couldn't tell when or why they happen. Some days it happened while it seems like during one of the four weeks it never happened. It was a fast way to get the Galaxy Event currency (Crystal Shards) to get the event eggs quicker. It's also one of the few times that players are fighting for resources now (since they no longer have that with world eggs). Overall this years Galaxy Event was very cool and fun and I can't wait for the next event!
