Cyberbullying
What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is the use of technology to target or embarrass someone.
Cyberbullying can be on social media, through text messages, emails, and even posts.
What to do if you are being bullied:
Try to stay calm
Be a good friend- listen, support, and speak up.
Say nothing and walk away
Tell an adult: a friend, a parent, a family member, or even a teacher.
How to be safe:
Do not respond to online bullies
Tell someone you trust
Report the online account
Don't become a bully yourself
Remember bullies are in pain too.
