Veronika Miskolci, PhD

Assistant Professor | Principal Investigator

Veronika received her PhD in Biomedical Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she studied macrophage motility using FRET-based Rho GTPase biosensors with Dianne Cox and Louis Hodgson. She completed her postdoctoral training with Anna Huttenlocher at University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied innate immunity and wound healing using zebrafish models of inflammation. During her postdoctoral work, she collaborated with Melissa Skala at Morgridge Institute for Research to apply fluorescence lifetime imaging in studying the metabolic regulation of immune cells during tissue repair.
