For our wood block print lesson I decided to make a print of 3 sardines in a can. I have seen lots of artist making artworks depicting sardines in a can in a multitude of mediums. I first got the ideas to draw sardines a few years ago and never sat down and did it, so this wood block print was my excuse. For carving this print it was harder then I expected. I have done just wood carving and just Lino printing so I had an expectation of how hard it would be. It was a bit harder then what I expected but overall it was a fun challenge and something I would definitely do again.
