PRIVACY POLICY - MIS VENTAS

1. OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Mis Ventas app ("Mis Ventas," "we," "us") collects, how it is used, and your choices. It applies to the Mis Ventas Android app available on Google Play (package com.vendo.vendo).
Mis Ventas is a point-of-sale and inventory app for small businesses: it tracks products, stock, sales, customers, suppliers, and expenses, and generates receipts. It works offline, so most of the information you enter is stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
Mis Ventas is published by Galaxy Solutions Code and developed by Daniel Fernando Cueva Reyes.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Account information
You sign in with Google Sign-In, which gives us your name, email address, and profile photo to identify your account and, if enabled, authorize Google Drive backups.
2.2 Business data you enter
As you use the app, you enter:
- Your business profile: name, phone, email, address, and logo.
- Products and inventory: names, prices, stock, categories, barcodes, and photos.
- Sales, discounts, and payment methods used (including any custom payment methods you configure, such as a QR image).
- Customers and suppliers you choose to record: name, document/tax ID, phone, email, and address.
- Expenses and stock movement history.
This is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it, except as part of a backup you choose to create (2.4). If you record information about your customers or suppliers, you are responsible for having the right to do so.
2.3 Photos and camera access
The app uses the camera to scan barcodes and take product photos, and the photo library to pick existing images. Photos are processed and stored locally on your device.
2.4 Backup data (Plan Pro, optional)
If you enable backups, the app uploads a copy of your database and images to your own Google Drive account. We do not host or have access to this backup.
2.5 Subscription and purchase data
Plan Pro is an auto-renewing subscription processed through Google Play Billing; subscription status is also managed through RevenueCat, our subscription provider. We do not receive your payment details (e.g. card numbers).
2.6 Advertising data (free plan only)
Free-plan users see ads served by Google AdMob, which may collect advertising identifiers and device/usage data to select and measure ads. Plan Pro subscribers do not see ads.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use this information to operate the app's features, identify your account and subscription plan, perform backups you request, show ads or process subscription payments depending on your plan, and keep the app secure. We do not use your business or customer data to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
4. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES
Your business records are stored locally on your device and removed if you uninstall the app or clear its storage, unless you enable backups (2.4). Your account identity and subscription status are stored with our backend provider, Supabase.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Google Sign-In: account authentication (name, email, profile photo).
- Supabase: account and subscription plan storage (account ID, email, plan status).
- Google Drive: optional backup storage, in your own Drive.
- Google AdMob: ads for free-plan users (advertising ID, device/usage data).
- Google Play Billing: processes Plan Pro subscription payments.
- RevenueCat: subscription state management.

6. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the providers listed above to operate the app, when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
7. RETENTION AND DELETION
Business data is retained locally until you delete it or uninstall the app. Backups are retained in your own Google Drive until you delete them. Account information is retained while your account is active; contact us (section 10) to request deletion.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can disable or delete backups and revoke Google Drive access at any time, delete records directly in the app, uninstall the app to remove local data, upgrade to Plan Pro to stop seeing ads, cancel your subscription through Google Play, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Mis Ventas is a business tool, not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. SECURITY
Local data is sandboxed to the app by Android; connections to our third-party providers use encrypted (HTTPS) transport. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The third-party services in section 5 may process and store information outside your country, including the United States.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the effective date above when we do.
