DELETE YOUR DATA - MIS VENTAS
Mis Ventas (published by Galaxy Solutions Code, developed by Daniel Fernando Cueva Reyes) lets you delete specific data you've entered at any time, without deleting your whole account.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
All of your business records are stored locally on your device, and you can remove them directly in the app:
- Products: Inventario > tap a product > Eliminar producto.
- Categories: Inventario > category carousel > hold a category > Eliminar.
- Customers: Clientes > tap a customer > Eliminar.
- Suppliers: Proveedores > tap a supplier > Eliminar.
- Sales: Balance > tap a sale > Eliminar venta.
- Expenses: Balance > tap an expense > Eliminar gasto.
- Custom payment methods: Configuracion > Medios de pago > tap a method > Eliminar.

WHAT GETS DELETED
The specific record you remove (and its photo, if it had one) is deleted immediately from your device. Deleted sales also restore the stock they had discounted.
WHAT IS NOT DELETED BY THIS REQUEST
- Your account, sign-in, and subscription/plan status remain active — deleting individual records does not delete your account.
- Copies of that data included in backups you already saved to your own Google Drive before deleting it. You need to remove those from Google Drive yourself, or create a new backup afterward to replace them.
