DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT - MIS VENTAS
Mis Ventas (published by Galaxy Solutions Code, developed by Daniel Fernando Cueva Reyes) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
In the app: open Configuracion > Mi cuenta > Eliminar cuenta, confirm, and your account and data are deleted immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot access it: send a deletion request to dancx5739@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. Include your business name so we can locate your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within a reasonable time.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your account and Google sign-in link.
- Your subscription/plan status stored with our backend provider (Supabase).
- Your business, product, customer, sales, and expense records, which are stored locally on your device and removed when the app is uninstalled or the account is deleted in-app.
WHAT IS NOT DELETED BY THIS REQUEST
- Backups you previously saved to your own Google Drive. These live in your personal Drive storage, not ours, so you need to delete them yourself from Google Drive.
- An active Plan Pro subscription is not canceled by deleting your account. Cancel it separately from Google Play (Play Store app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) to stop future charges.
- Records Google Play itself retains for billing, tax, or legal purposes, which are outside of our control.
