Guidelines
Word Count: The abstract should be between 250 and 300 words.
Keywords: Include 3 to 5 keywords that accurately reflect the core themes of your research.
Language: All submissions must be in English.
Originality: Only original, unpublished research will be considered. Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) must not exceed 10-15%.
To ensure a high chance of acceptance, please include the following elements:
Objective: State the primary purpose or research question clearly.
Methodology: Briefly describe the research design, data collection, or theoretical framework used.
Findings: Summarize the key results or expected outcomes.
Conclusion/Significance: Highlight the practical or theoretical contribution of your work to the multidisciplinary field.
Title: Capitalized, Concise and informative (Bold, Title Case).
Author Details: Full name, affiliation, and email address of the corresponding author.
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced.
File Format: Submissions must be in .doc or .docx format (PDF will not be accepted).

Seminar Dates: 19 - 21 February 2026
Submissions should be emailed to [seminartrd@gmail.com] or [sscjonline@gmail.com] with the subject line: Abstract Submission - [Author Name] - [Thematic Area or Track ].
Standard Size of the poster will be 48 inches x 36 inches.
Poster should be prepared according to the layout given below.
(There is no provision for e-Poster. Poster will be presented through physical mode.)
Orientation: Ensure the layout is horizontal (landscape).
Margins: Leave at least 1 inch margins to prevent text or images from getting cut off.
Font Size:
Title: 72 pt or larger
Subtitles: 48 pt
Body text: 24-36 pt for readability from a distance.
Color and Contrast: Use high contrast between text and background. Avoid overly bright colors that may distract.
Images and Graphics: Use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). Ensure they are relevant and support the content.
Layout: Organize content in sections (e.g., title, introduction, methods, results, conclusion). Use bullet points for clarity.
Consistency: Use consistent fonts, colors, and styles throughout the poster.
Accessibility: Ensure the text is legible from at least 3-6 feet away.

The full-length papers should be written in English and prepared in MS Word.
Word limit for abstract is 250 - 300 word counts (< 300 words).
Word limit for full-length papers is 2500 - 3000 word counts (< 3000 words) or 7 - 8 pages.
Title should be brief and self-explanatory.
All Authors’ Title (e.g. Dr. /Mr. /Mrs.) & Name, Affiliation, Email, etc.
Abstract (not more than 250-300 words) and keywords.
Structure of the paper will be Introduction\Background\Objective, Literature Review, Methodology, Findings, Analysis & Discussion, Conclusion, Limitations, and Recommendations
References –Harvard or APA 7 style is required.
Tables, figures, etc. in their appropriate location in the paper (if applicable).
Margins: 1 inch or 2.54 cm.
Font: Times New Roman, 12 Size.
Spacing: 1.5 between lines and 2 between paragraphs.
